MagicScreen's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. MagicScreen does not use raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Specifically:

• Account Information: Retained while your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Meeting Recordings & Transcripts: Retained according to your subscription plan and your deletion requests (typically 90 days for free tier, 1 year for Pro, unlimited for Team)
• Billing Information: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
• Usage Data: Aggregated and anonymized after 12 months
