1. Agreement to Terms

3. AI Meeting Intelligence & Real-Time Coaching

MagicScreen.ai provides AI-powered real-time coaching and meeting intelligence. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze conversations, generate insights, and provide coaching recommendations
• AI-generated insights are provided "as-is" and may not be 100% accurate. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it
• You will not use the Service to make automated decisions that could have legal or financial consequences without human review
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding meeting recording, consent, and disclosure in your jurisdiction

4. Recording, Consent & Local Law Compliance

By downloading, installing, or using MagicScreen, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws governing the recording, monitoring, and interception of conversations and meetings.

Recording laws vary significantly by jurisdiction. Many jurisdictions require the consent of all parties to a conversation before it may be recorded ("all-party" or "two-party" consent laws). Others require only one party's consent. It is your responsibility to determine which laws apply to your situation and to obtain all required consents before recording any conversation. MagicScreen does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the legality of recording in your jurisdiction.

By using this Service, you agree to:

• Research and understand the recording consent laws applicable in your jurisdiction before using any recording or transcription features
• Obtain all necessary consent from meeting participants before recording, as required by applicable law
• Never record a conversation without first determining the applicable legal requirements and ensuring full compliance
• Notify all participants that their conversation is being recorded and may be analyzed by AI, where required by law or good practice
• Use recordings and transcriptions only for legitimate business purposes (coaching, training, compliance)
• Not use recordings to surveil, discriminate against, or harm any individual
• Maintain the confidentiality of recordings and restrict access to authorized team members only

MagicScreen, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, fines, penalties, or other consequences arising from your failure to comply with applicable recording consent laws. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MagicScreen from any such claims.

5. Payment & Billing (Stripe)

MagicScreen.ai processes payments through Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete billing information
• Authorize MagicScreen.ai to charge your payment method for the subscription plan you select
• Comply with Stripe's Terms of Service and Payment Processing Agreement
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized charges or payment disputes
• Understand that subscription charges are non-refundable except as required by law
• Acknowledge that failed payments may result in suspension of your account

6. Subscription & Cancellation

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

7. Resource Libraries & Team Collaboration

The Service includes shared resource libraries (scripts, battle cards, playbooks, case studies) that your team can access and modify. By uploading content to these libraries, you grant MagicScreen.ai a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain all intellectual property rights to your content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on MagicScreen.ai are provided on an 'as is' basis. Magic Screen Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Magic Screen Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MagicScreen.ai, even if Magic Screen Inc. or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on MagicScreen.ai could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Magic Screen Inc. does not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current. Magic Screen Inc. may make changes to the materials contained on the Service at any time without notice.
