Accounts and Account Intelligence
How to create and link accounts, and how to use Account Intelligence to ask questions across your whole customer history.
An account represents a customer or prospect. Linking your meetings to an account is what lets MagicScreen build a continuous picture of the relationship — feeding Living Notes and powering Account Intelligence.
The Accounts tab
Open the Accounts tab in the desktop app to see your accounts. Each account has three views:
- Intelligence — a chat where you can ask anything about the account (this is the default view).
- Notes — the account's notes, including its Living Notes.
- Meetings — every meeting linked to the account.
Linking meetings to an account
You can link a meeting to an account in two ways:
- During the call — click the Account button in the live meeting view. See During a live meeting.
- After the call — link it from the meeting's detail page.
If you've connected Google Calendar, MagicScreen can also help associate meetings with accounts based on the attendees. See Connecting Google Calendar.
Account Intelligence
The Intelligence tab is a chat that knows about the whole account. As the empty state puts it: "I have context from all meetings, notes, and activity for this account."
To use it:
- Open an account and stay on the Intelligence tab.
- Type a question, or tap one of the starter prompts:
- What are the open action items?
- Summarise the account risks
- Draft a follow-up email
- What was discussed last meeting?
- MagicScreen answers using the account's notes, meetings, and history.
Unlike in-meeting chat, which focuses on the call you're on, Account Intelligence spans everything across the account — making it ideal for prep, research, and follow-ups between meetings.
