How MagicScreen tracks your sales script during a call and prompts you with the next talking point.

If you've uploaded a sales script, MagicScreen can track where you are in it during a live call and prompt you with the next talking point.

Getting started

First, upload your script as a Script-type file. See Uploading sales scripts. Once uploaded, your script is parsed into sections and bullet points that MagicScreen can step through.

When a meeting starts, you may see a Meeting started notification prompting you to Select a script. You can also open the Scripts drawer from the live meeting view to browse and choose a script.

During the call

When a script is active, two things appear:

  • The active script bar in the live meeting view shows the script name and the current section, with a progress percentage and controls to move to the previous or next section, or stop the script.
  • Script notifications (labeled SCRIPT) pop up with the current section's talking points. You can click bullets to mark them done (they show as struck through), or use Skip to move past a section.

The progress bar advances as you work through the script, so you can see how far along the conversation is.

💡 Use the Filter button in the live feed to show or hide Scripts alongside insights and transcript.

Stopping or switching

  • Use the stop control on the active script bar to stop following the script.
  • Open the Scripts drawer again to switch to a different script at any time.
