How to connect and disconnect Google Calendar so MagicScreen can show your upcoming meetings.
All usersWeb app2 min read
Connecting your calendar lets MagicScreen show your upcoming meetings with their attendees and join links, and helps associate meetings with the right accounts.
Connect
- In the web app, open Integrations.
- Find the Google Calendar card. When disconnected, it reads "Connect your calendar to see upcoming meetings, attendees, and meeting links."
- Click Connect.
- Approve access on the Google consent screen.
- Back in MagicScreen, the card updates to Connected — "Your calendar is connected. Upcoming meetings will appear automatically."
💡 Once connected, upcoming meetings appear automatically — there's nothing else to configure.
Disconnect
- On the Google Calendar card, click Disconnect.
- Confirm when prompted: "Disconnect Google Calendar? This revokes Magic Screen's access at Google and removes upcoming synced events. Past meetings already linked to a calendar event stay intact. You can reconnect at any time."
Disconnecting revokes MagicScreen's access at Google and removes upcoming synced events. Meetings you've already recorded and linked stay intact, and you can reconnect whenever you like.
